Due to an overwhelming demand, we are heading East for our first East Coast CakeCruise.

CakeCruise 2008 will be a 7 day round trip from Ft. Lauderdale, FL departing on Saturday December 13,'08. The cruise will visit San Juan PR, St Thomas USVI, Grand Turks and Holland America's award winning Half Moon Cays in the Bahamas. We will be sailing on Holland America's new ms Eurodam due to be launched in July 2008 and apart from the presentations in the Culinary Arts Center, there will be a number of hands on classes.

During our 2007 Alaskan CakeCruise we announced some details about our 2008 CakeCruise.

We are thrilled to announce that Nicholas Lodge will be returning and we are excited that Toba Garrett and B Keith Ryder will be joining us.

The ms Eurodam is a brand new ship scheduled to enter service in July 2008. At this stage we have secured the onboard Culinary Arts Center for at least two 90 minutes presentation/classes and we have two classrooms secured for a day and half for hands-on classes. We are hoping to secure more session times closer to the event. There will also be a 'Meet the Presenters' Q & A session in addition to our Farewell Cocktail Party.

The hands-on classes will not be available for booking until June 2008. The classes will be limited in size, include all materials and tools, and the presenters will be setting the prices.
